Seats
The arena is amazing on the outside. Inside on the other hand is a different. Is you sit in the upper 200 sections on the side of the rink, almost un watchable . You look at the back of the gondola seats / suites. You cannot see the Nhl's largest seemless scoreboard. You also have to lean forword to see the game being played. From what ive seen of this new arena is that its only good if you are willing two shell out a lot of money to see a game in good seats.
This arena is caters to only the wealthy people.
Joe louis arena had great views from 99 percent of seats.
Great venue!
I was here to watch my Boston Bruins beat the Wings. Well, that didn't happen, but we had a great time, nonetheless! Everyone we met on staff was friendly and courteous; everyone worked to make our visit a wonderful experience. One usher told us we must go visit the Gondola, and directed us to the elevator. What a view!!!! YEOWZA Had a fun conversation with the organist while being amazed. The concessions prices were not terrible - I was expecting worse. And best of all was the very short line to the ladies' rest room after the game! Except for our loss, it was a fantastic afternoon!
